I specialize in private one on one/small group instruction. Anything from wanting to start or refine your yoga or acroyoga practice to pre/post-natal and doula services and more, I assess you based on your regular workout routine, eating and sleeping habits, lifestyle choices, emotional well being and beyond to help design a program that is right for you. I have experience working with people of all ages, backgrounds and levels. I use breathwork techniques as well as 5 element theory (Chinese medicine) and the Toltec I Ching tradition in addition to alignment, injury prevention/recovery and yoga postures so that this becomes more than just a surface level/physical exercise routine. My goal is to help you find a conscious lifestyle practice to help you live well and be your best self.
